Overall, my stay at Hotel H2O was a mixed experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel at home (kudos to the front desk for their hospitality!). However, the room had some issues with noise and cleanliness that left a bit to be desired. The breakfast was delicious, yet the dining options felt quite limited. If they can address these concerns, I would definitely consider returning.

Rooms

The Aqua Double Room was unique with its aquarium feature, but I found it a bit bare, and the walls were thin which allowed noise from neighboring rooms. Overall, it didn't provide the relaxation I hoped for.
Service
8.0
Staff were polite and incredibly helpful, especially during check-in and with luggage assistance. A few lapses in communication regarding orders did happen, but they were generally friendly and attentive.
Location
7.0
The hotel’s location is excellent, close to shopping areas and tourist spots. However, the entrance could have better signage, and some areas were not well-lit, making it tricky to navigate at night.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast at Makan-Makan was tasty, but the dining options throughout the day were somewhat limited and understaffed, which affected our experience.
Facilities
5.0
While Hotel H2O offers various facilities like car hire and airport shuttle services, some areas appeared to be under construction, which was a bit inconvenient during my stay.

My stay at Hotel H2O was pretty disappointing overall. The room had a lovely view, but the amenities and service just didn't live up to expectations. I was really looking forward to a great experience, yet I found many aspects that fell short.

Rooms
6.0
I booked a park view room and found it quite small for my family. The cleanliness was lacking. there were dried water marks in the bathroom and the towels smelled off. The room showed signs of wear and tear, too.
Service
5.0
The service was hit or miss. I had some polite interactions with staff, but overall it felt like they were unprepared. It took forever to get assistance when needed, and the dining experience was frustratingly slow.
Location
5.0
The location left a lot to be desired. it was awkward to get to the pool, which was far from the hotel, and I felt the security wasn't as tight as it should be. Despite being in a busy area, it felt a bit unsafe at times.
Dining
5.0
Dining was not impressive at all. the breakfast buffet had limited options and the restaurant was not clean. I expected better quality for the price we paid.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities need an upgrade. the pool hours were inconvenient and cleaning services seemed inconsistent. Overall, the hotel lacked the luxury elements I anticipated.

My stay at Hotel H2O had its ups and downs. While the hotel offers a uniquely aquatic experience with its giant fish tanks, I encountered several maintenance issues that dampened my overall experience. The location is fantastic, but the service from the staff was inconsistent. I left with mixed feelings after my time there. 🌊🐟

Rooms
5.0
I stayed in the Aqua Supreme room, which was visually stunning with the aquariums, but the lack of privacy in the bathroom area was disappointing. We also faced maintenance issues, like a non-working jacuzzi and a weak toilet flush. The room had a beautiful view, but it felt outdated.
Service
5.0
The staff was friendly and accommodating, but response times were incredibly slow. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a clogged shower fixed, which was frustrating.
Location
7.0
Situated between Luneta Park and Manila Bay, the hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city. It's also conveniently accessible to several tourist spots, which I appreciated.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were decent, with a view of the sunset, but the food did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this price range. I was hoping for more variety in the offerings.
Facilities
5.0
The pool area needs serious attention; it was dirty and felt neglected. Shower facilities were also not well-maintained, detracting from the overall experience.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel H2O, highlighted by my unique Aqua Supreme room with a stunning aquarium! 🐠 The location is fantastic, with a amazing view of Manila Bay. However, I did notice some areas needing improvement, like the pool's condition and a few reception staff's attitude. Overall, it was a nice experience worth recommending! 🌅

Rooms

My Aqua Supreme room was spacious and clean, featuring an amazing large aquarium. The amenities were complete, and it felt very relaxing. However, I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms.
Service
7.0
Most of the staff were polite and accommodating, especially in housekeeping and dining. However, I had mixed feelings about a couple of receptionists who seemed less friendly.
Location
8.0
The hotel is ideally situated between Luneta Park and Manila Bay, giving it a convenient yet tranquil atmosphere. It's close to various attractions, making it a great base for exploration.
Dining
6.0
The food was decent, but the breakfast choices were somewhat limited. I experienced a long wait at the omelet station during breakfast, which was frustrating despite the staff's apologetic demeanor.
Facilities
6.0
While the amenities were generally nice, the pool area could use some improvement, which affects the overall appeal of the hotel facilities.

My stay at Hotel H2O was quite enjoyable overall. I was particularly impressed by the attentive staff and the unique aqua-room experience. However, I did notice some areas that could use improvement, like the cleanliness of the pools and some outdated room features. It's definitely a place I'd return to, hoping to experience more of what they offer next time.

Rooms

I stayed in an aqua-room, which offered a unique view of the fish swimming around. but some aspects of the room, like the cleanliness and maintenance, could use attention.
Service
10.0
The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel at home away from home. They were especially accommodating with my requests, which I appreciated greatly.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location is great, close to Ocean Park and with a stunning view of Manila Bay. though getting to my room was a bit of a trek from the elevator.
Dining
9.0
I really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the wide variety of options. Dining at Hapag was also good, though I did wish I could enjoy my meals with a view. which was not allowed.
Facilities
6.0
While I loved the concept of the aqua-room, the swimming pools seemed neglected, with issues like dirty water and a lack of security around the area. which was a letdown for a hotel of this caliber.
